Here is Dayna’s delicious recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raw almonds chopped (into almond meal)
  • 1 1/2 cups of pitted dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt (I used pink salt)
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Chop almonds in a food processor (I used my thermie). Flour a 9 inch square baking pan with some of the almond flour. Add all of the other ingredients and blend. Press into the baking tray.

Chill for  a couple of hours before serving. Cut into squares (or roll into balls and cover with coconut) and enjoy.

With love and light
